I encountered several issues during my two-day stay, including the lack of towels, non-functional TV, minimal breakfast options, missing toiletries, and poor service response. the staff's attitude towards guests needs improvement, and the overall experience was disappointing. I suggest the hotel focus on enhancing their hospitality and amenities to provide a better guest experience.

Everything was good, well-maintained and neat room for 2 bottles of filtered water. The location met all requests, it was magnificent and great near to us consulate. Moreover, it was adjacent to train stations, the other restaurant nearby and Park Street.
